Gábriel Õszy-Tóth, the author of this cook book, has asked 80 wine-growers, including Dr. Bence Dula, about their favourite dishes and about the wines that pair well with them. This cook book offers more than any other cook book because it contains interviews with famous wine-growers about their views on gastronomy, their philosophy and their dreams. The recipes of the wine-growers’ favourite dishes are illustrated with photos and each recipe recommends a wine that can accompany the described dish perfectly. The book is to be published in September and goes together with a special CD containing drinking songs performed by Vivat Bacchus and a nice catalogue.
