This wine was aged in oak barrels in classical way, a real ‘Little Burgundy’ varietal from the Eger terroir. It has the aromas of ripe black cherries with a hint of animalism. The characteristics of the Gröber vineyard, and these fruit and spicy aromas make the wine complete. Our Gröber 2005 will pair well with sauces, especially with venison ragout seasoned with tarragon.
